• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service value. No-shows will be charged in full.
• If you reschedule your appointment for a second time in a row — even if both reschedulings were made more than 24 hours in advance — a rescheduling fee may apply.

Health and Safety

• If you are sick, including flu symptoms or fever, do not attend your appointment. Contact us to reschedule.
